Exercise is especially important for aging individuals. Exercise has beneficial effects on the health, functional capacity, and mobility of older adults. It also positively impacts mood, memory, and everyday well-being.

The advantage of a small group is that the instructor provides personal feedback on exercise technique and gives options tailored to your needs. Classes are held in the Voima Hall and last 30 minutes. Spots can be reserved in advance through the real-time calendar (ask reception for access credentials).

Suosittu Nivelrikko -ryhmä

The primary treatment for osteoarthritis is exercise and maintaining muscle strength to preserve functional ability and mobility as pain-free and normal as possible. Targeted exercises and stretches for the affected area improve daily functioning.

In the coaching group, you will be guided by a physiotherapist, ensuring that your exercise is safe. The group also provides a variety of tips for training at home and at the gym. You can attend the group on the weeks that suit you best. Exercising in a small group is an enjoyable way to stay active while considering each individual’s limitations.

The coaching group meets every Tuesday from 13:00-13:45 in the Vauhti Room.

5-session pass for 84€. You can purchase the pass from Olo’s reception or online.
