60+ FYSIOMIX
The FysioMix class combines the maintenance and development of cognitive skills with therapeutic exercise. Each class features a changing theme, such as shoulder, pelvic control, or posture. Fun problem-solving tasks help keep the mind and memory active.
60+ KINESIS
A half-hour morning workout in the gym. In this class, half of the exercises are performed on the Kinesis wall and the other half using free weights or body weight. Advance registration is required through the class schedule. The classes are held in the Voima room.
60+ MIX
A diverse workout with various themes, including stick exercises, muscle strength, balance, and body maintenance. In this class, you’ll experience variety while training both your body and mind.
This class develops muscle strength, functional ability, and balance. Good muscle strength improves the health of muscles, bones, and the brain. It helps prevent falls and reduces musculoskeletal pain. In this class, everyone can train at their own level.
A brisk 30-minute class designed to raise your heart rate and improve fitness. The class includes short bursts of intensity that maintain heart health and boost overall fitness. It consists of a warm-up, a workout section, and a cool-down. The heart rate increase is achieved through various stepping movements without choreography, and you can also incorporate different jumps if you wish. Note: The jumps are optional and can be added to the stepping movements if you feel you need more of a challenge.
