Are you dreaming of a lifestyle change? Do you long for a lighter feeling? This coaching program will help you make choices that support your well-being. You will have a coach by your side to guide you through your transition to a healthier, lighter, and more vibrant daily life.

In this coaching program, we will focus equally on nutrition and physical activity. We will also consider the importance of sleep, recovery, and daily activity. With better choices, losing weight will also become possible. No prior experience in exercise is required.

Recommended duration of the coaching program: 12 months.

STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT / STRONG WOMAN / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT / FREE WEIGHTS

When you want to train effectively and increase your strength or muscle mass.

In this coaching program, we will elevate your strength levels and learn techniques for exercises such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. The main focus of the program is on strength development and muscle growth.

The goal is to train 3-4 times a week, with one session per week guided by the coach. The workouts will be diverse, focusing on developing strength and control, primarily using free weight exercises. To enhance the intensity of the training, we will utilize specialized methods. This coaching program requires prior experience in training.

Fit

TONING / MUSCLE MASS DEVELOPMENT / FAT LOSS / VISIBLE CHANGE

If you have decided to invest in yourself and succeed, this coaching program is for you.

The training consists of both gym workouts and aerobic exercises. The gym sessions are efficient, and we will use specialized methods as needed.

The goal of the FIT coaching program is to train 3-5 times a week, with one session guided by the coach each week. It is beneficial to have prior experience in training. The program also emphasizes attention to your diet.

WELL-BEING / HEALTHY LIFESTYLES / POSTURE IMPROVEMENT / PAIN MANAGEMENT

Your goal is to feel good, have a pain-free daily life, and maintain a good posture.

The coaching program progresses with small steps towards healthier lifestyles. We address and prevent musculoskeletal issues and emphasize the importance of beneficial exercise and daily activity. If you wish, you can have a physiotherapist as your coach.

The goal is to train 1-2 times a week, with one session guided by the coach. You can choose to train more if desired. This coaching program is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

LEARN TO EAT HEALTHY / SUSTAINABLE RESULTS / PROPER MEAL TIMING / KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRIENTS

Your goal is to learn how to eat wisely, sufficiently, regularly, and nutritiously.

With this two-month intensive coaching program, you will gain the tools to eat regularly and nutritiously. You will also be able to improve your body composition if that is your goal.

The coaching includes:

  • Three analyses of your food diary, based on which you will work together with your coach to get your nutrition on track
  • Delicious recipes
  • Ongoing support from your coach via email throughout the program
  • The coaching does not include crash diets

Olo Group Coaching

Gather your own group of 3-6 people, and enjoy the Olo group coaching program.

The Olo group coaching is a coaching format where the clients’ goals determine the content. Traditional small groups are always planned by the coach, such as the Osteoarthritis or Crosstraining small groups. In contrast, the Olo group coaching progresses according to the clients’ wishes.

Whether your goal is weight loss, increasing muscle mass or strength, or engaging in health-related activities, this is an excellent way to achieve results. With your own group, you can request a suitable time for the group from the coach.
