CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP WITH A SPORTS BENEFIT?

Yes, you can. We accept all the most common sports and wellness benefits, such as Smartum, E-passi, and Edenred. You can also use these to pay for personal training, physiotherapy, and massage services. We will guide you through the payment process once you become our customer.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO BRING?

You’ll need comfortable indoor workout clothes and indoor shoes (except for restorative classes where you can be in socks). It’s also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a small towel. All other equipment, like exercise mats, is provided by us.

HOW DO I SET UP AN E-INVOICE AGREEMENT WITH MY BANK?

Please set up your e-invoice agreement as soon as possible. A 5€ administrative fee will be added to paper invoices.

  1. Log in to your online bank.

  2. Select e-invoices.

  3. Set up an e-invoice agreement with Terveysteekki Oy.

  4. Use your personal ID number as the agreement registration code.

  5. If asked for a reference number, enter 0123.

WHAT ARE THE QUIETEST TIMES TO WORK OUT?

Take advantage of the quieter times at the gym. Mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and the end of the week are the calmest. The gym is never crowded. You can also use the functional training area and group fitness studio when they’re available. Warm-ups, cool-down stretches, and free weight exercises (like dumbbells/kettlebells) can easily be done in the large group fitness studio.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A SPOT FOR GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES IN ADVANCE?

No need to book, just show up! There’s space for everyone in all of our classes.

The exception is the 60+ Kinesis30 class, for which we recommend booking in advance.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS (optional)

  1. Currently, classes are available without a reservation. However, if you’d like, you can book a spot in advance using the Cube system. NOTE! Please make sure your email and phone number are up to date with us.
  2. You can reserve a spot 4 days in advance.
  3. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible (at least 60 minutes before the class starts). This frees up the spot for others. If you miss three classes without canceling, you’ll receive a two-week booking restriction. During this time, you won’t be able to reserve spots in advance.
  4. You can book a class online up to 30 minutes before it starts. Please note that reserved spots must be checked in at the check-in device at least 2 minutes before the class starts, or your spot will be released to others. So, please arrive early!
  5. Log in to Cube at bcoulu.cubemanager.fi. Select the class and click “varaa.” To cancel a reservation, find the class and click “peru.”
