Our fitness tests help you determine your current fitness status and provide valuable information to track your progress and set realistic goals. The tests are suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginners to experienced athletes.
The test includes abdominal muscle separation, movement control tests, and/or activation tests. It assesses lower back movement patterns, glute function, shoulder function, and transverse abdominal muscle function. (We recommend the comprehensive test if you have issues like back pain, shoulder tightness, or suspect abdominal muscle separation.)
Price for members: 109 €
Price for non-members: 121 €
When purchasing the test through the online store, you will pay the member price of 109 €, which will be deducted from the final price of the fitness test. Non-members will be charged the 12 € difference on-site.
