Our professional coach will assist and provide tips on all aspects of well-being. The program gives you tools for exercise, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Well-being Package includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 4 PT coaching sessions, 55 minutes each (training\/workout program\/nutritional advice)<br \/>\n\u2022 4 sessions of 50-minute massage<\/p>\n<p>Package price: 565 \u20ac<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact <a rel=\"noopener\">saila.tormikoski@olo.fi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When you purchase a personal training package from the online store, we will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. A 20 \u20ac reservation fee is charged at checkout, which will be deducted from the first installment of your package. Payment can be made in flexible installments.
