No strict diets or precise rules. This program addresses and prevents musculoskeletal issues. If you wish, your coach can also be a physiotherapist.<\/p>\n<p>You will train 1\u20132 times a week, one of which will be with your coach. You can train more if you like. This program is suitable for everyone, including beginners, and requires no prior experience in exercise.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose the duration of the coaching yourself.<\/p>\n<p>COACHING PRICES<\/p>\n<p>3 months: 323 \u20ac\/month (total 969 \u20ac)<br \/>\n6 months: 313 \u20ac\/month (total 1878 \u20ac)<br \/>\n9 months: 303 \u20ac\/month (total 2727 \u20ac)<br \/>\n12 months: 288 \u20ac\/month (total 3456 \u20ac)<\/p>\n<p>When you purchase a personal training package from the online store, we will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. A 20 \u20ac reservation fee is charged at checkout, which will be deducted from the first installment of your package. Payment can be made in flexible installments. Exercise vouchers are accepted as a payment method. Non-members of the fitness center will be charged an additional 5 \u20ac per visit.<\/p>\n<p>PT PLUS PACKAGE:<br \/>\n<em>The PT PLUS package includes one 50-minute massage every month in addition to coaching. This upgrade is ideal for those who want to prioritize body care along with training. You\u2019ll enjoy the benefits of coaching while also ensuring proper recovery and preventing muscle stiffness. A monthly massage session aids in workout recovery, boosts metabolism, relaxes the body, and improves mobility. PT PLUS costs an additional 40 \u20ac\/month on top of the coaching fee.
